**Merlin Digital Partner** is a tailor-made digital recruitment company for startups, scale-ups and corporates. We were born in **Tech Barcelona **where we established one of our main offices.
We are currently looking for a **Business Development Junior**.**
**Our partner, **a fast-growing tech company that is shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries such as chemical, security, oil&gas, energy, among others.
**The Role**:
- **Research and identify new leads** and key decision-makers for targeted industries.
- **Run prospecting campaigns** to hunt for opportunities.
- **Understand customer pains and gather key lead information** across the market.
- **Assist in tender and offer processes**.
- **Create business processes for the sales pipeline** with our CRM.
- **Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client presentations**.
**What we expect from you**:
- Just** finished business administration, marketing, or similar degree.**:
- You **love sales** and have worked in a shop, done internship in sales or similar.
- **Mandatory: Fluent in English & Spanis**h (Catalan is a plus).
- You **demonstrate strong communication skills, structured work, and confidence to work independently.**:
