HR and Operations Manager

NovaFori Spain is looking to hire a talented **HR and Operations Manager** to enhance our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee recruitment process, onboarding and exit processes.
- Develop and administer performance review programs and promote career development opportunities within the company.
- Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and IT equipment.
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, combined with at least 3 years in operational management.
- Professional background in IT or tech-related companies is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience interacting with various levels of the organization and external partners.
- Proven background in handling sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience in process optimization and implementing best practices in operational workflows is essential.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of empathy and the ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.

- Skilled in building relationships and navigating sensitive situations.
