As our Europe Hub Services Delivery Lead, you will use your strong knowledge of HR processes, programs and systems and HR service delivery to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR Service Delivery and Operations team based in Malaga. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across our organization to optimize and scale your team’s delivery of efficient, effective and impactful HR services to our employees and leaders, particularly our HR Partners in-market and our agent Delivery Center teams. Skills and experiences
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a shared services environment and 3 years in a mentorship, supervisory or leadership role - Proven track record of partnering with or leading remote or globally disbursed talent - Experience redesigning, revamping or originating new processes and experiences and leading implementation of new services or programs - Previous experience leading change management, service delivery or program management globally - Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you'll do
- Provide direct leadership and coaching to a team of HR program, transactions and inquiries specialists, focused on providing timely and accurate delivery of HR services - Oversee the delivery of a wide range of HR services, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and employee data management - Support continuous improvement initiatives, with a special focus on reducing friction and manual intervention throughout our employee lifecycle - Set clear performance expectations, manage workload, and support capacity planning and resource forecasting - Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations and regularly report on our overall delivery health - Participate in the creation and delivery of large-scale global projects and initiatives
