Skills and experiences
- At least several years of experience in HR Operations, with many of those experience in a shared services environment and in a mentorship, supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of partnering with or leading remote or globally disbursed talent
- Experience redesigning, revamping or originating new processes and experiences and leading implementation of new services or programs
- Previous experience leading change management, service delivery or program management globally
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you'll do
- Provide direct leadership and coaching to a team of HR program, transactions and inquiries specialists, focused on providing timely and accurate delivery of HR services
- Oversee the delivery of a wide range of HR services, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and employee data management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, with a special focus on reducing friction and manual intervention throughout our employee lifecycle
- Set clear performance expectations, manage workload, and support capacity planning and resource forecasting
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations and regularly report on our overall delivery health
- Participate in the creation and delivery of large-scale global projects and initiatives
