Protime has become a successful provider of HR solutions for medium and large enterprises. With its solutions and expertise, Protime helps companies to manage time more efficiently and valuably. We successfully implement our software at our national and international customers.
**What do we have to offer?**
As an **HR** Consultant **you are part of the Flanders Business Unit. From the Spanish office, you will be co-responsible for the successful **implementation of our software projects** at customers regarding time registration and planning.
- You work with a variety of clients mainly in Belgium, Flanders. From SME’s to big international companies you ensure the best customer journey.
- You analyze and understand customer needs and translate them into the best possible solution within our software.
- You help your clients get the most out of our software by providing configuration, trainings, workshops, advice and support.
- Given the international portfolio of our customers, your role might not stop at our national borders. You have an** international mindset **and travel might occur

- Of course, we will teach you everything you need to know about our software, in an extensive onboarding program. However, it is necessary that you have an affinity for software and strongly believe in technology. Knowledge or experience in the HR domain is a plus, but not a must.
- These words describe you: analytical mindset, logical thinking, ownership, proactive, initiative, flexibility, social character, self-structured, collaborative, communicative (you are comfortable speaking to stakeholders at different levels).
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch. Knowledge of any other European language is an asset.
- You have a passion for customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities
