With a head office based in Paris, we are established in several **European countries**, but also in **Asia** and **South America**. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after their HRIS projects.
In a context of strong growth and evolution, we are developing our team for our office in Spain, Malaga.
We are looking for **Support Consultants **(SuccessFactors) to support our clients in their digital HR transformation and infrastructure.

**Your missions**
As a **Support Consultant**, you will join this team to advise our customers, help them to use the tools implemented at home and to unlock them in case of difficulty.
You will be brought to do the following activities:
- Process customer requests in accordance with Support procedures and in compliance with service quality standards
- Analyze the problems and find the best solution for the client
- Formalize written answers, possibly accompanied by telephone explanations Support the activities of the project teams to continue to improve your skills and participate in the growth of the company
In addition to these operational missions, we count on you to participate in the life of our company and to be a driving force of our culture of customer satisfaction, self-help and willingness to progress.
**Your profile**
- Higher education, in Computer Science or in Human Resources, you have at least a first experience working in a HRIS environment.
- You want to accelerate your career by integrating the world of cloud and a forward-looking business. You are good communicator and motivated to join us.
- You speak French and fluent English. As part of your integration you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects.
