Our Business Process Outsourcing department delivers customer specific services (on site or virtually) as well as Managed Payroll services for our clients. These services include: HR data administration, additional payroll services, time registration, completion of specific documents, employee helpdesk, etc.

Your mission:

- To take part in the operational HR management of our clients by providing pragmatic and functional expertise in employee administration (management of employment contracts and related benefits, coordination of external service providers, support to employees, support in salary management, KPI maintenance and reporting, payroll administration, etcc. ),
- Assist our clients in the review or creation of HR processes,
- Participate in the implementation or optimization of salary policies,, assessment processes and trainings,
- Supporting our clients in HRIS migration, HR testing & documentation
- Carrying out remote assignments according to the needs of the clients and the specificities of the expected service.

Your profile:

- You have a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master), have experience in human resources (HR business partner, Payroll Consultant, etc.) and/or in a company providing HR services to companies,
- You have a good sense of customer contact and a service spirit, with a results orientation,
- You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team,
- You have a proactive, innovative and curious mind,
- You have a very good practical knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written (any other language is an advantage).
