**Role Overview**:
You will play a pivotal role in a new project employing AI to process a substantial, multilingual proprietary dataset for automation purposes. You will have the opportunity to explore potential solutions, advancing them from prototype to testing and ultimately to production. Guidance will be provided throughout this process

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions for customer service enhancement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive decision-making in AI implementation.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI models in real-world scenarios.
- Optimize AI algorithms for scalability, reliability, and accuracy, considering factors such as data quality and computational resources.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing techniques to improve our customer service AI capabilities continuously.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on AI-related projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, with hands-on experience in implementing supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience with popular Python libraries/frameworks for AI development, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools for text data processing and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing AI solutions.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
