Si esto te atrae, podrías ser el/la próxim(at) Sales Account Executive de una empresa especializada en la gestión de edificios de alquiler de apartamentos para profesionales y digital nomads de perfil internacional.

A día de hoy gestionamos 320 apartamentos en Barcelona, Madrid y Málaga, y tenemos un plan de crecimiento ambicioso; acabaremos 2024 gestionando 500 apartamentos, siendo nuestro objetivo gestionar una cartera de 1000 apartamentos dentro de 4 años. Somos un equipo de 25 personas que damos lo mejor de nosotros, que disfrutamos con lo que hacemos, que decimos las cosas como son y con cariño, y, poniendo al cliente siempre en el centro.

Para ayudarnos en este viaje, estamos buscando un Sales Account Executive, alguien con una mentalidad creativa y autónoma, capaz de contribuir a la estrategia y ejecutar de forma independiente, dando soporte en la coordinación del equipo.

Tareas

¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás en Caterina?
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para captar clientes
- Negociación y cierre de propuestas
- Mantener las cuentas B2B existentes
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de venta
- Análisis de resultados
- Seguimiento competencia / sector
- Capacidad para identificar necesidades y/o oportunidades de desarrollo dentro del cliente.

- Jefe de ventas de Caterina.

**Requisitos**:
¿Quién eres?

Formación universitaria
- Experiência Mínima de 3 años en ventas / reservas en la industria hoteles, business travel y/o inmobiliaria
- Conocimientos de CRM, es un plus idealmente Hubspot
- Nível avanzado en paquete office, especialmente excel
- Persona de perfil analítico y muy metódica, es un trabajo que requiere mucha concentración
- Español e inglés nível alto
- Una persona con mucha energía, carácter extrovertido y proactivo.
- Tienes habilidades comunicativas y dotes comerciales
- Te motiva ayudar a los demás en función de un objetivo común
- Tienes ambición y aspiras a desarrollar una carrera profesional ascendente.
- Tienes experiência comercial en real estate, hoteles o gestión de apartamentos.
- Tienes conocimiento de canales inmobiliarios, canales de venta online.
- Vives en Barcelona.
