**The Purpose**:
Provide technical and commercial advice based on the needs and expected impact of prospects with the company’s products, converting potential clients into long-term recurring commitments.
**Your Mission**:
- Conduct demonstrations and provide technical-commercial advice on the company’s products to prospects and current clients.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels to grow the client portfolio.
- Develop commercial proposals for accepted opportunities (SAL).
- Follow up on accepted opportunities (SAL) until closure.
- Send requested documentation to clients, fill out required documents or forms for supplier creation or bids.
- Represent the company at corporate events promoting services and brand image.
- Undertake actions to ensure the achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs) set by management.
- Create account protocols and send them to the administration and finance unit for the account activation process.
- Create tasks for account or pilot creation in Manager for new account activation. Coordinate contracts and legal matters with the operations unit.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to foster loyalty to the company.
- Negotiate agreements and deals for successful business closures.
- Perform the hand-off of new clients to the Customer Success department.
- Actively participate in sales meetings for continuous improvement of the commercial process.
- Report commercial progress in sales meetings to the regional leader.
- Periodically support the development of new business with existing clients.
- Collaborate when requested with information on the company's commercial sales strategies.
**Required Skills**:
- Degree in Commercial Engineering/ Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- 3+ years in commercial roles participating in the full sales cycle.
- French - Native
- Spanish - Professional
- Experience using customer management tools (CRM).
- Strong negotiation skills for successful deal closures.
- Ability to negotiate contractual terms and commercial agreements.
- Customer-centric approach to maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to build client loyalty and understand their needs. **Knowledge that’s a Plus**:
- Maintenance and physical asset management.
- Experience managing CMMS or GMAO.
