Year 1 on-target earnings **€51,250 (Uncapped + Accelerators)**
- Starting salary **€35,000 base**:
- Performance bonus **€2,500 per year**:
- On target commissions **€ 13,750 (uncapped)**:
- Permanent contract + 28 days of paid time off (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Up to 4 days of additional paid time off per year.
- Sales run incentives
- **Hybrid work set up** - 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in the office
- Work from home on Mondays & Fridays.
- Work with cross-cultural teams in UK, USA, South Africa, New Zealand and the Philippines.

- Speaks **German at native level** & an excellent level of English
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
