**About the role**
As an Account Manager with a creative agency background, you will be responsible for managing global client relationships, particularly across sectors with a strong focus on social media campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing projects that engage audiences and deliver results.
**Key responsibilities**
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Project Management
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, with a big focus on social media campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including briefing, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Social Media Expertise
- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance across key platforms.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Work with influencers and content creators to amplify client campaigns and drive authentic engagement.
Communication and Presentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results in a compelling manner.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Use insights and data to make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with account directors, creative teams, and strategy to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Foster a collaborative working environment between client services, creative, and strategy teams to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
Campaign Analysis and Optimization
- Utilize analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign success.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization, implementing changes to enhance campaign performance.
Cross-Sector Experience
- Leverage your experience working with clients from a range of industries (e.g., beauty, retail, fashion, healthcare, technology) to bring fresh, creative ideas that resonate across diverse markets.
- Provide strategic insights to clients on how best to position their brands across different sectors and global markets, using your in-depth knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
Experience
- 3-5 years of account management experience in a creative or digital agency, with a strong background working on global accounts.
- Proven experience managing social media projects, from strategy and content creation to execution, production and reporting.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, including platforms, tools, analytics, and influencer engagement.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
- Project management expertise, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.

- Spanish (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Any other languages are a plus.
