An important multinational of luxury sector wants to incoporete in their team a Export Customer Service.
Mission
To manage and follow-up carriers and transport operations to ensure the quality service of the international traffic.
Main functions and responsibilities
- To review and send documents for shipment fulfillment at the warehouse.
- To carry out the task of printing original documentation from the logistics operators which are necessary for the traffic.
- To carry out the task of modifying documentation according to the requirements of clients, shipping companies and airlines.
- To control the attached and original documentation (Proof Of Delivery, (POD), transports).
- To maintain and track Original documents.
- To document and coordinate merchandise's physical inspections between the warehouse and the Official Organizations.
- To manage international traffic incidences of the different departments. Analyze and close them.
- To manage procedures and documentation related to the insurance’s incidences, and returns.
- To perform alternatives to the daily service caused by emergencies and unexpected events.
- To plan traffic bookings with the logistics operator.
- To follow-up and search alternatives to traffic ahead on time to ensure service level
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a similar job (import / export flows)
**Education**:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Transport or similar
Languages:
Spanish Native / Bilingual
Flamenc native/Advanced
English Advanced level
French Medium
- Advanced level (desirable)
