**Job Title: Customer Service Agent**
**Location: Barcelona**
**Department: Dutch Customer Service**
**Job Summary**: As a Customer Service Agent at ADM Value for one of our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will be responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Assistance**:
- Provide recommendations and information about Center Parcs amenities and services.
**Issue Resolution**:
- Effectively address guest concerns and complaints, striving for a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
**Reservations**:
- Assist guests in making reservations for accommodations, dining, and recreational activities.
- Ensure accuracy in reservation details and billing information.
**Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and issues using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics as required.
**Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on Center Parcs offerings.
**Customer Feedback**:
- Actively seek and encourage guest feedback to continuously improve services.
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally and promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Native Dutch, high level of english.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
