**Key Accountabilities**
- To develop the Customer Service Department.
- To implement the actions of the Group roadmap for the Customer Service department
- To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with all the stakeholders involved
- To participate in the evolution of our strategy and business models implementation
- To guarantee the business as usual in terms of sales orders to customers and implement continuous improvement actions
- To deal with customer complaints, by following up on the internal progress
- To help to create a customer-centricity culture
**About the role**
The mission of a customer service agent is to provide excellent support and assistance to customers. Their main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful information
**Skills& Experience**
- Ideally have 2-3 years experience in related fields with Customer
- Fluent level of spoken and written English
