We've spent a lot of that time scaling our business and we are now looking for the latest addition to our Strategy, Tracking & Tracking team (SPT). That's why we are looking for an energised Commercial Strategy & Planning Intern, to help us scale and grow at Pleo. You'll be taking on a highly cross-functional role and working closely with several stakeholders of the SPT team in an international and fast-paced environment

**The Strategy, Tracking & Planning Team**:
As part of the Revenue Operations domain, you will be working within a lean team in charge of commercial target setting, capacity, and strategic planning as well as performance measurement against those objectives. You'll have lots of opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience first-hand the inner workings of a successful, fast-paced, and dynamic technology scale-up

**You'll thrive in this role if you**:

- Are currently completing a Bachelor's or Masters's degree in a relevant field of study
- Possess good analytical and modelling skills within Excel
- Hold previous experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Possess strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess the ability and drive to work independently, with a self-starter attitude
- Pay high attention to detail

**What you'll be doing**
- Work closely as part of the Strategy, Tracking & Planning team to support strategic commercial projects
- Report and forecast business performance, pipeline management as well as team capacity
- Maintain and create dashboards to track key commercial metrics and visualize insights
- Prepare and support Pleo's operating cadences
