**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and engage with potential clients seeking executive and specialized talent.

2. Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

3. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics and talent demands.

4. Craft persuasive pitches and presentations tailored to the unique needs of clients.

5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and our recruitment strategies.

6. Exceed client acquisition and revenue targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent landscapes.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record in business development within the executive search or headhunting industry.

2. In-depth understanding of executive recruitment processes and industry nuances.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales goals.

5. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and remotely.

6. Spanish and Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
