**Mission and Proposal**:
IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its National Executive Programs Division is looking for an Associate Director who will be responsible for the business development of Executive Education Programs.
As for the role as programme manager, the Associate Director will be in charge of the supervision of the staff who will provide logistic support in the campus of IESE (rooms, materials, schedules...) during related Programs and, fundamentally, hospitality and care of all the students.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- ** **Business development: Based on the design and implementation of a marketing plan, followed by visits to leading companies and top executives of companies in the sector, to present and sell Executive Education Programs. Build relationships with all key people from corporate contacts to alumni
- Program Management during its duration: Supervision of the staff who will provide logistic support in the campus of IESE (rooms, materials, schedules...) during related Programs. Hospitality and care of all the participants.
- Collaboration in the design of the Programs, together with the Director of the Division, and Academic Director. Benchmarking and review of trends to influence web design, brochure and all promotional materials.
- Networking: Once the Program is completed, it will be necessary to keep in touch with the principal clients and also with all the important contacts, which may have been made as a result of the business development activities.
- Projects: Completion of specific Departmental/transversal projects assigned by the Area Director. Ej. Benchmarking and review of trends to influence web design, brochure and all promotional materials.
**Education and Competencies**:
- A IESE degree or Executive Education Program preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Organization of promotional events.
- The person selected for the position will be able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of database systems, electronic communication, PowerPoint are essential too.
- Availability to work on Friday afternoons and Saturday morning.
