**Job Purpose**
A Training Crew Planner Senior controls, manages & assigns all the regulatory training stablished by the Authority to all the crew members of the company.
**Main Accountabilities**
- Schedule all hands-on ground training and insert that schedule into the AIMS system so the rostering department can work on those assignments.
- Control and monitoring of new GRIs, coordinating their progress and making distribution statistics of them.
- Inform crew members by sending documentation about the schedule and characteristics of their ground training.
- Responsible for inserting the new expiration dates in the AIMS system, after the crew member has successfully completed the new ground training.
- Responsible for inserting the new expiration dates in the AIMS system of the new crew members.
- Periodic review of automatic expiration date changes, after training.
- Logistics management of all the theoretical and practical ground courses, reserving the training rooms, preparing the required documentation and sending the pertinent information to the crew members.
- Manage the scheduling of instructors and flight crew members in instructor courses, standardization, make-up assessments, and insert that schedule in the AIMS system so that the rostering department can work according to the assignments.
- Periodic control of the expiration dates of the theoretical and practical training on the ground of all the flight crew of the company, in order to schedule new training, according to the expiration dates.
- Generate certificates and documentation for ground courses.
- Assign, control, and monitor the recurrent training of crew members on the e-learning platform.
- Guarantee that the standards of the regulatory framework and operational safety of the company are met in all matters within its competence.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or FP.
**Experience**
- Recommended experience in Aeronautical sector in operations or planning.
**Competencies**
- Capacity to work independently and under pressure. Communication, resolution, motivation, resolutive skills.
- Proactivity and iniciative
- Office knowledge (AIMS, pecially Excel, ppt, macros)
**Languages**
- English: B1
