Training Analyst

**Job Purpose**

Provide support on the e-learning and digital training record reporting platform to guarantee that all crew members are trained for line operations and develop with the manager new process to simplify and guarantee with the regulatory framework.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Manage the e-learning platform, activating the required courses for crew members in accordance with the Crew Training Programme.
- Assistance through Salesforce for all queries and doubts from crew members, related to the e-learning training courses.
- Management and monitoring of the digital training record reporting platform: review of the forms sent by the instructors, monitoring, and control of completion.
- Support for the continuous improvement of the department, review and update of procedures.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Schedule e-learning training courses for flight & cabin crew at the e-learning platform: activation, control, and monitoring, updating of training records and expires in AIMS.
- Communicate to those crew members about their e-learning course is not performed yet.
- Deliver the updated training “expire dates” once crew members have completed the e-learning training course.
- Deal with all crew members queries & doubts received in Salesforce. Assign and follow-up on all e-learning cases.
- Activation and follow-up of electronic reports issued by instructors from the electronic records platform (Gladtolink app).
- Provide support to the cross-cutting tasks of the team.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or FP

**Experience**
- Recommended experience in Aeronautical sector in operations or planning.

**Competencies**
- High communication, resolution & resolutive skills.
- High capacity to work independently and on group.
- High motivation, proactivity, and initiative skills.
- High Office knowledge (Excel, macros & SQL).
