**Mission**:
Provide support to the Global Commercial Operations Executive VP in managing market companies from a commercial perspective, meeting the sales and P&L objectives as well as maintaining internal communication between market companies and HQ.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support to the GCO Executive VP in managing the MCs.
- Sales & financial follow up:

- Follow up of sales and P&L evolution on monthly basis.
- Support to GCO Executive VP in planning processes (budget, forecast & 5YF) in close collaboration with finance department.
- Global demand review participation, revision of monthly deviations, bias, year-end estimations and propose corrective measures together with Finance
- Strategic launches support - ensure launch readiness at local level, and follow up of all relevant milestones together with project lead
- GCO commercial representative towards external partners in JSC/JCC (MC2, Lilly )
- Prepare the GCO LT meetings (Global Commercial Operations Leadership Team), defining agendas to update the Global Commercial Operations Leadership Team on main corporate projects, existing business follow up, new launches preparation but also promoting cross-fertilization of best practices
- Business review meetings organization and pre alignment with MCs, preparation of the topics for discussion and follow up of action plans.
- Follow up of commercial activity reports and ad-hoc meetings in coordination with Commercial excellence team.
- Participation in HQ committees as GCO representative (Corporate Quality Committee, PPR, IEC, etc).
- Involvement in strategic and operative discussions around the strategic brands: GIFT meetings, KPIs, maximization of sales and projects al local level, etc
- Participation in analyzing the business development opportunities in close cooperation with Business Development, Marketing and Finance departments, also evaluating its potential integrations from a Market company perspective (Sales, FTE’s requirements, A&P, etc)
- Contact point in HQ for the MCs for support in projects and ad-hoc requirements.
- Ensure information flow across MCs and HQ teams and to promote cross fertilization of best practices.
- Continue to improve coordination and harmonization processes across commercial operations teams.
- Availability for travelling 30% of the time approximately.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Sciences required. Graduate degree in a healthcare, business or economic field preferred (PhD, MBA, or MS).

**Skills**:

- Ability to successfully lead, coach and motivate a sales team with customers across multiple stakeholders in both primary and secondary care to achieve business targets.
- Broad based knowledge of the Almirall product portfolio, strategy and services.
- Computer literacy.
- Full driving licence.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years’ professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Commercial experience required (strategic or local marketing, commercial, sales operations )
- Experience working in multidisciplinary groups and exposure to international business.
- Experience with business relevant financial tasks (P&L, budgets, Business case
- Analysis etc.)
- Experience in dermatology/biologics as additional plus
