En indigitall hemos desarrollado una plataforma de automatización de comunicaciones, que usan muchas compañías de prestigio. Actualmente somos más de 50 personas trabajando en aumentar nuestro portfolio de productos y la captación de clientes. Estamos en fase de expansión y crecimiento. Nuestro objetivo es ser el líder en Europa y LATAM con nuestra solución de Marketing Automation.

Buscamos un **Técnico de soporte** enfocado en el acompañamiento de clientes, resolución de dudas y seguimiento de incidencias. Que tenga ganas de crecer profesionalmente y aportar valor a nuestra compañía.

**Tareas**
- Formarás parte del equipo técnico responsable del punto de contacto con nuestros clientes, encargándote de conectar al equipo de ventas con las diferentes áreas de tecnología de la empresa.
- Una de tus responsabilidades será acompañar a los nuevos clientes durante el proceso de integración y ayudarles a sacar todo el partido a nuestra tecnología.
- También tendrás que analizar, corregir e informar sobre las diferentes incidencias detectadas en entorno de producción.

Por este motivo, buscamos que tengas principalmente estas **habilidades técnicas**:

- Experiência como Técnico de Soporte nível 2
- Análisis y resolución de incidencias técnicas en producción
- Operaciones en las bases de datos (SQL)
- Familiarizado con el uso de Linux (terminal)
- Saber interpretar logs de servidor, aplicación y web

- Haber estado en contacto con el usuario
- Entender código desarrollado por otras personas
- Definición de mejoras en la plataforma
- Eres buen colaborador.
- Sabes equilibrar entre perfección y productividad. A veces necesitamos tener cosas 100% robustas, y otras veces tenemos que sacarlas rápido a producción para testear su acogida y comportamiento.
- Tienes claras las métricas importantes de tu campo, las monitorizas en producción y detectas problemas fácilmente.
