- **User Experience Focus**: Ensure products deliver an engaging and intuitive experience.
- **Go-to-Market and Adoption**: Develop strategies for product adoption and user growth.
- **Performance Metrics and Iteration**: Establish key metrics and use data insights to enhance the product.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Be the main point of contact for product-related matters.
- **Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management**: Stay compliant with Web3 regulations.
- **Community Building and Engagement**: Engage with the Web3 community for feedback and collaboration.
- **Focus on Execution**: Ensure efficient project execution from concept to launch.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Product Manager roles, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, dApps, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Expertise in managing product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Technical skills in blockchain platforms or programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust). Active involvement in the Web3 community with a strong network.
