**_PURPOSE OF THE JOB_**
- Being accountable on the Procurement Maturity roadmap of the Site on four main missions:_
- _Referee for Processes & Tools compliance to deploy digital transformation to Local team._
- _Lead the Performance management and animate Site Procurement Management team ensuring accurate KPIs and appropriate actions plans._
- _Provide initiatives & simplifications to enhance processes improving the Procurement efficiency._
- _Lead APSYS Procurement audit preparation to ensure appropriate level of maturity._

**_MAIN RESPONSABILITIES_**

**_SUPPORT TO OPERATIONS_**
- _Assist the Procurement leadership team to increase the performance, reduce cost function and submit organizational improvements._
- _Participate to the Site Procurement management meeting & Dashboard._
- _Support the Local procurement in delivering the performance. Based on KPIs availability lead the routines, and implement appropriate data analysis or action plan to ensure._
- _Make sure that Site Sourcing Performance needs are covered and addressed to the Business Process Owner or System Master Expert._
- _Contribute strongly to the Procurement Transformation & Efficiency simplification plan deploying common standard Way of Working (WoW)._
- _Ensure that standard processes are known and applied in his area through regular communications, surveys and Return Of Experience (REX)._
- _In charge of new process deployment in his area, as well as standard management routines._
- _Edit and present the Monthly Procurement Dashboard and follow the associated actions plan._

**_PROCUREMENT PERFORMANCE_**
- _Formalize proposals to the Business Process Owner (BPO), expert team, Process Office and Maturity relative to new Business Requirements coming._
- _Contribute and lead the Change Management on Site for topics related to Method & Tools._
- _Interact with the BPO & Subject Matter Expert (i.e: ASIP, SOL/ORCHESTRA, SAP GSI, ARIBA, ALTEs, Digital ) whenever necessary._
- _Secure the monitoring of Action Plan and Problem Solving._
- _Ensure alignment with Alstom strategy, consistency with Procurement Maturity Roadmap, and proper integration._
- _Formalize business requirements to the BPO relative to new needs._
- _Ensure the good level of usage of the Procurement tools._
- _Manage the actions plan required to improve the performance usage rate of the Procurement processes & tools._
- _Contribute and lead the change management following the Tools Project deployment._
- _Change Management lead in Local related to Methods, Tools and Processes new features, enhancements or changes._

**_APSYS Procurement and other Audits_**
- _Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct._
- _Define the Internal Control Questionnaire key items to be assessed with Internal Control teams._
- _Involved in APSYS Procurement audits in his area (preparation, self-assessments, can perform some audits as Certified Assessor)._
- _Ensure local action plans are in place with a specific focus on major nonconformities closure._
- _Contribute to APSYS Procurement referential improvement in providing feedback and gap analysis to APSYS Procurement expert._

**_MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES_**

**_Educational Requirements_**

**_Mandatory:_**
- Master’s degree in one of General Management, IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing/Sourcing_

**_Experience_**

**_Mandatory:_**
- _5 years’ experience in project management or Procurement (Site, Region, Commodity)_
- _Advanced knowledge of Procurement process & tools_

**_Desirable_**
- _Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Project knowledges_
- _Experiences in audit_
- _Continuous improvement / Kaizen background is a plus_
