Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a Service Transition Manager in Barcelona (or remotely within Spain) for one of our main multinational partners. Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment by working on Release Management and coordinating operations areas.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

ITIL based Service Management in a business to business service environment.
Release Management.
Project review focusing on transitions from a project to IT.
Support on Service.
Ensure the correct functioning of “business as usual”, to make sure projects have been delivered correctly.
Working on tickets created by users through the internal ticketing tool.
Ability to coordinate the Operations Area and negotiate to achieve the desired results.
Detect and implement capability needs and process adjustments within the customer dedicated technical team.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

More than 3 years as a Service Delivery Manager or Service Transition Manager, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Three or more year’s industry experience on IT environment in terms of support and administration.
ITIL 3 or 4 certified.
Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Excellent prioritization and communication skills.
Excellent Delivery Management.
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to other in providing instructions.
Problem-solving, process-oriented and customer-minded.
English fluency is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

Having experience in the Chemical Industry or Retail would be a plus.
Project Management knowledge will be appreciated.
