**Manager, Service Manager, Cloud Security**

**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for the CCEP security processes owned by the ISRC Cloud Security team, such as but not limited to Third Party Security, Project Book Security Review and Application Security process.
- Manages the relation with the managed service that operates CCEP security processes.
- Accountable to CCEP stakeholders for the services delivered by the security managed service
- Responsible for the continuous improvement plan to improve existing security processes or build new capabilities.

**What will be expected of you**
- Acts as the manager for the Third Party Security and Application Security processes, being responsible for monitoring SLAs and the quality of the managed service deliverables.
- Accountable for the operational decisions on the activities delivered by the managed service and act as an escalation point to resolve issues between the managed service and CCEP
- Accountable for forecasting the yearly demand to the managed service, the budget and all necessary resources needed by the managed service in order to deliver the services in scope, such as but not limited to creation of external user accounts, CCEP laptops and access requests.
- Responsible for defining a bi-yearly continuous improvement plan to improve or create new processes, build new capabilities and industrialize activities.
- Act as the liaison between the services delivered by the managed service and other functions at CCEP, such as but not limited to Data Protection Office, Internal Audit, Procurement, Vendor Management, Legal, Security Operations, IT and other functions in the business.
- Responsible for the Third Party Security process that verifies and protects CCEP critical business processes against disruptions originated from cyberattacks to CCEP’s third parties.
- Manages the third party incident process regarding security incidents affecting solutions not managed by CCEP and actively support remediation and response plans executed by the SOC team to mitigate business impact in case of security incidents
- Works with Vendor Management team to identify and select appropriate third party security technology providers and maintain collaborative relationships with service providers to leverage market leading trends, tools and standards
- Works closely with senior business stakeholders to assess requirements for new SaaS/Cloud platforms and tools and validates that the respective platforms provide necessary safeguards against security threats
- Collaborate with internal audit function to prepare for and support internal audit initiatives, review audit reports and ensure gaps/observations associated with security standards, policies and procedures are addressed where relevant
- Ensure business continuity/disaster recovery capability in place for all cloud platforms meet CCEP’s requirements
- Collaborate with the Data Protection Office to ensure CCEP’s compliance with the data privacy regulation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to evaluate alternatives in case security threats are found to be inadequately mitigated by proposed cloud platforms
