Due to continuous growth, we are looking to find a permanent Spanish Speaking Business Development Manager to join our team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Outbound cold calling to potential clients generating New Business opportunities - telephone based
- Bring on specific campaigns - putting in follow up calls - and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and (or) appointments for members of the Sales team
- Work to develop lists / database of prospects to whom we can promote products and services
- Follow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target times
- Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Team
- Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity and customer feedback
- Keep the diary system up to date with all activities in or out of the office

**Do you possess these key skills**:

- Experience in New Business background would be desirable but not essential.
- Solid background in Outbound Sales or Cold Calling
- Fluent in Spanish
- Knowledge of IT Industry (preferable).
- At least one years’ experience within a sales environment in a telephone-based role.
- Time management skills.
- Desire to succeed and move into a sales role
- Dynamic, confident self-starter
- Desire to be part of a winning team
