**AnyTech365** has an open position for **Office Manager** at our offices in **Marbella and Torremolinos**. At **AnyTech365**, you will have a challenging and dynamic role with opportunities for growth and professional development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and supervise the daily administrative activities of the office.
- Manage the schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Supervise assigned personnel and oversee tasks as necessary.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Expected to attend the Marbella and Torremolinos office in person interchangeably.
- University degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
