HR Assistant

Our company is a fast-growing demand generation and consultancy business, specialising in the technology sector.

Headquartered in the UK, we opened its Malaga office in April 2019 and has grown the team to over 100 employees in that time.

The company has ambitious plans for further growth in Iberia and relies on a strong employer brand to attract and retain the best talent.

A successful HR Manager, with a demonstrable track record, is now required to provide dedicated HR support within the Torremolinos office - supporting employees based at this location and working remotely in Spain and the Canary Islands.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Steering and implementation of operational HR processes, such as personnel planning, personal development as well as employee appraisals and other relevant processes.
- Close cooperation with our 3rd party legal teams in Administration and Spanish Labour Law related issues, management of expats, work permits, employment contracts etc.
- Analysis of KPI-based evaluations as well as deriving and implementing suitable measures, together with the departmental leads.
- Further support as required to resolve HR issues, mitigating risk for both the Company and our employees.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Successfully completed Human Resources management or comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
- Confidence recruiting, with innovative approaches to onboarding the talent we need.
- A good understanding of Spanish Labour Law, as well as tax and social security.
- Ability to analyse and adapt quickly to new situations, hands-on mentality, and resilience.
- Fluent written and oral skills in both English and Spanish is _**essential**_. German would be beneficial but not a requirement as our colleagues in the DACH division speak Spanish/English fluently.
