Italian Marketing Manager

Due to continuous growth, we’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Italian Product Manager to join our digital team in our Torremolinos Office

**Responsibilities**:
This is an excellent opportunity for the right, motivated individual to join a business with a unique culture, this role of Marketing Manager for the Italian Market will allow you to put your performance marketing experience to great use and develop your career within an exciting and passionate environment. Here’s a breakdown of the main responsibilities:

- Create and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the company's growth and enhance its position in the Italian marketplace.
- Conduct market research to assess competitive performance and understand consumer trends and market demands to help develop marketing strategies.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy for the Italian market, ensuring that this is aligned with overall business objectives. This will be including but not limited to:

- SEO
- Social media marketing
- Online advertising
- Content marketing
- Responsible for obtaining qualified leads through marketing activities and work closely with the sales teams to enhance quality and conversion rates.
- Increase digital visibility in the Italian market using a blend of paid and organic marketing channels. Collaborate with our content marketing team to help generate and develop a content marketing strategy for the Italian market.
- Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and adjust where necessary, by tracking key metrics and reporting on KPIs.
- Control and optimise the marketing budget for the Italian market.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Italian native speaker. Fluent written and oral skills in both Italian and English are essential. Spanish would be beneficial.
- Successfully completed Marketing Degree or comparable qualification
- 5+ years in marketing management positions for the Italian market, preferably in the technology sector.
- Adept at analysing data and using metrics to evaluate campaign performance.

Experience working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on mindset and being able to get things done in a structured and detail-oriented way.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
