¿Qué buscamos?

Un/a IT Operations & Service Delivery FINOPS que quiera integrarse dentro de un equipo ubicado en Málaga para un importante cliente del sector bancario.

Tareas

**Necesitamos incorporar a una persona que participé en**:

- Gestión del BAU y de todos los proyectos en Compass:

- División y gestión presupuestaria del BAU entre Horas de Desarrollo, Soportes y Despliegues, Viajes y Proyecto Cerrado.
- Asignaciones de Recursos en los diferentes proyectos en Compass.
- Imputación de horas de los recursos en GUIA, con control sobre las ausencias.
- Extracción Mensual del estado financiero de los proyectos y actualización del estado financiero y la previsión de gasto para el año, teniendo en cuenta

las nuevas incorporaciones y las bajas de recursos.
- Control de licencias, su asignación a los proyectos y su consumo.
- Control financiero de Servicios Gestionados en Compass
- Control financiero de Soportes, Despliegues y Viajes y su autorización en GUIA.
- Control financiero de contratos con Factorías.
- Unificación de presupuesto de todos los Servicios de IT Operations & Service Delivery y envío de las propuestas:

- Creación de registro de nuevo proyecto
- Envío de presupuesto unificado
- Comprobación de la creación del proyecto.
- Asignación presupuestaria.
- Contratos de los servicios de IT Operations & Service Delivery con otras entidades:

- Unificación del coste de los diferentes servicios de IT Operations & Service Delivery
- Envío de la propuesta del contrato.
- Creación del registro en Looking Ahead.
- Chequeo de la apertura del proyecto y asignación presupuestaria.
- Extracción Mensual de Recursos:

- Chequeo de los recursos para ver si están correctos en la estructura financiera, en la estructura organizativa y en la estructura jerárquica.
- Apertura de ticket en caso de no estar correctos los recursos en cualquier estructura.
- Realización de Forecast:

- Extracción del coste de los diferentes equipos, diferenciando empleados, AT y Servicios Gestionados
- Extracción de tickets y creación de driver por cada equipo para el reparto del coste por los diferentes dominios y entidades.
- Control del coste de las intratorres
- Control del coste de licencias
- Función de PMO:

- Establecer y supervisar los indicadores clave del rendimiento de los proyectos.
- Estandarizar los métodos de gestión de proyectos.
- Gestionar la asignación de recursos y el avance de los proyectos.
- Asignar y capacitar a los gerentes de los proyectos.
- Contribuir al crecimiento de la organización.
- Centralizar Site IT Operations & Service Delivery en Sharepoint y gestión de permisos.
- Centralizar Agile Mindset Map.

**Requisitos**:

- Conociminetos de Excel avanzados
- Inglés avanzado
- Conocimientos de SharePoint
- Ubicación: Málaga o alrededores
