Your role is pivotal: you bridge the gap between potential and actuality, between our sales force and our customers. You’re the architect of bespoke digital solutions, crafting a catalogue that’s as cutting-edge as it is custom-fit.
- Your mission? To illuminate the path for our clients with cloud-first solutions that are at the forefront of the digital revolution. You’ll be their guide, integrating these solutions with time-tested consultancy methodologies. Your insight will sway their decisions, shape proposals, and define the scope of delivery. **Your tasks**:

- Manage the entire sales pre-cycle from qualification to implementation team
- handover.- Supporting and maintaining the pre-sales process throughout the sales cycle.
- Facilitating scoping meetings to understand the prospect’s business challenges.
- Identifying the necessary internal resources, such as industry experts and client
- advocates, to ensure success.- Developing a value-based approach to address the prospect’s business issues,
- including defining success criteria.- Collaborating with the sales team to define the scope of proposed solutions and
- deliverables.- Optimising proposed solutions to enhance implementation team success and meet
- prospect requirements.- Creating customer-facing documentation, presentations, and proposals in
- collaboration with sales and marketing.- Providing input on value-based ROI proposals.

**Technical Proficiency**
- **Collaboration for Cloud Migration**:Collaborated with organisations to migrate- Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, AWS (Amazon Web Services) etc.- ** Digital Strategy Development**: Provided expert guidance in developing a
- comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.- **Process Evaluation and Enhancement**: Evaluated existing processes and
- technologies to identify areas for enhancement.- **Virtualisation Implementation**: Defined virtualisation solutions, creating virtual
- versions of computer hardware or resources. Leveraged virtualisation technologies to- optimise performance, scalability, and resource utilisation.- **Database Migration to Cloud**: Successfully migrated on-premises SQL databases to
- cloud-based solutions, including Data Lakes, Platform-as-a-Service (PAS) SQL- databases, storage accounts, and NoSQL servers.- **Container Orchestration and Management**: Demonstrated proficiency and
- understanding of managing Docker and Kubernetes services for container- orchestration.- **DevOps Familiarity**: Familiarity with DevOps processes, utilising tools such as GitHub
- or Azure DevOps. Accelerated software development cycles by suggesting agile
- methodologies with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- **Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience.
- Minimum 7 years overall experience in Implementation, Project Management,
- Operations, Sales, and/or Solutions role.- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Management Consulting preferred.
- Proven & verifiable track record of successful leadership.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A genuine team player and leader who will complement Drees & Sommer existing
- team whilst driving growth and helping us continuously improve.- Your enthusiasm and passion for exercising best industry practices is what sets you
