Contamos con más de 20 años de experiência como consultora tecnológica implementando proyectos punteros tecnológicamente. Dentro del **área de AMS**; **nuestro centro de soporte multicliente de implementación y soporte de productos SAP. Hemos desarrollado proyectos con importantes clientes internacionales.
**Tu Rol**:
- Como **Service Delivery Manager**, deberás gestionar la relación con nuestros clientes, analizar la rentabilidad mensualmente del cliente, gestionar los cambios y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en los clientes existentes.
- ** Gestión y coordinación del equipo asignado**: Planificación y distribución de tareas a su equipo, control de los tiempos dedicados y posibles desviaciones, coordinación de suplencias por baja o vacaciones.
- ** Gestión del escalado**: Aquellos incidentes que deban ser escalados a recursos técnicos.
- ** Seguimiento de servicio a nuestros clientes**. Velar por el cumplimiento del nível de servicio (SLA) gestionando y monitorizando la ejecución de las actividades a realizar. También asegurar la entrega de los informes de incidencia que se requieran, así como planes de mejora y eventual corrección o desarrollo de los procesos y procedimientos.
- ** Supervisión de la calidad**: Mensualmente se preparará un informe de estado o cuadro de mando del servicio que resumirá el servicio prestado, permitiendo la evaluación, seguimiento del último periodo y del progreso realizado.
- ** Preventa**: Levantamiento y escalado de Oportunidades de Negocio detectadas en los clientes de su responsabilidad, así como elaboración, gestión, entrega y seguimiento de Ofertas de Servicio en los clientes de su responsabilidad.
**Tu perfil**:
- Experiência como **Service Delivery Manager en entorno SAP.**:
- SAP - Background (SAP FI, VIM, ARIBA )
- ** Inglés alto valorbale. **Trabajamos en proyectos internacionales.
- Valorable experiência en S4Hana.
- Persona con capacidad de gestión, organizada, resolutiva y con buena comunicación.
Tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades en seguridad dentro de la compañía:
- Acceso a la información confidencial relativa al cliente del que es responsable.
- Solicitud de medidas / usuarios.
- Observancia del cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas
