**Optima Solutions Sales Consultant - Automotive refinish**:

As an Optima Solutions Sales Consultant, you will fulfil a brand new position within our organization You will have a clear ownership and accountability for delivering growth, driving value of the services component, proposing and packaging new solutions to our customers with good returns while operating according to the PPG Way.
The position falls with a new organization to accelerate the growth of our Optima Solutions range, consisting of indirect specialty chemicals, One PPG coatings, services and advanced digital problem solving to our OEM customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop the pipeline and work with the Account Manager to deliver on the sales plan for Optima Solutions across EMEA to achieve accelerated growth.
- Work together with the Account Manager, Service Organization, and customer to identify and propose tailor made solutions across our Optima Solutions product range.
- Put together the sales pitch based on what the customer needs.
- Drive value creation/value capture, propose novel solutions based on the customers’ needs.
- Work with the customer and sales team to negotiate the final packages solution and offer.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to execute and deliver on the final agreed offer.
- Develop good working relationships, ensure accurate communication networks, collaborate with and coordinate with diverse internal and external teams.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Solid understanding of the Optima Solutions product offering with a strong focus on the digital component of our Advanced Problem Solutions
- Proven track record in driving the sales process from plan to close, together with the support of the account manager.
- Very strong project management skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- High level of analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Available to travel extensively (at least 80%, around EMEA)
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish and/or Italian
- Driving license (B category)
