**Certified Optima Solutions Professional Lead (COSP)**

**Localización**: Valencia

**Funciones**:

- Actuar como cliente principal OP Mobility (OPM) Valencia y dar asistencia a los demás clientes en la zona de ser necesario.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y ética de PPG.
- Completar las formaciones obligatorias en tiempo.
- Hacer aceptaciones de lotes desde el inicio hasta que se acepten por cliente y pasar información detallada a planta de PPG.
- Dar asistencia técnica a todos los productos PPG que se suministren a los clientes en la zona de Valencia, buscando activamente soluciones para los problemas técnicos.
- Servir como primero y principal contacto entre OPM Valencia y PPG y como principal interlocutor entre las 2 compañías.
- Dar soporte y mantener informados a los diversos departamentos de PPG que sirven y tienen interacción con lo cliente OPM Valencia tal como Calidad, I+D, Supply Chain, Logistica e otros.
- Hacer informes semanales de actividades donde se deben enfocar los principales temas pendientes, toda la actividad semanal, principales problemas de calidad, ensayos en línea, y oportunidades de negocio.
- Mantener las aplicaciones PPG que se aplican a los COSP actualizadas.
- Contribuir en su función para que se cumplan los objetivos anuales de ventas y de evitar reclamaciones por parte de los clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimiento del mercado.
- Mínimo 3 - 5 años de experiência en el sector.
- Habilidades informáticas - desde el punto de vista del usuario.
- Orientación a Resultados.

- Capacidades de organización.
- Conocimientos de herramientas para resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades comunicativas y interpersonales.
