About the International Sales Team Lead role...

The International Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet or exceed budget expectations. This involves onboarding, coaching, training, and developing new starters, as well as identifying areas for improvement with existing team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of full-cycle sales executives to achieve maximum efficiency and results
  • Setting clear performance expectations and measuring progress against these goals
  • Evaluating the sales pipeline for each team member and preparing regular sales forecasts for management
  • Reviewing the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard and providing guidance on how to improve

What You'll Need...

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience managing an inside sales team, with strong leadership skills
  • Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results
  • Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model
  • Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and running reports within it
  • Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space
  • Track record of setting targets and achieving or exceeding them
  • Excellent coaching skills, with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (full professional proficiency)

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
