Actualmente buscamos incorporar a un/a Sales Consultant que quiera formar parte de nuestro equipo de Sales. Buscamos a personas dinámicas, con iniciativa y autonomía, con habilidades de trabajo en equipo y de comunicación, y con capacidad analítica y con orientación al cliente.

Las funciones principales serán:
**SALES CONSULTANTS - NEW NAMES (Leads & Prospects)**
- Colaboración con Marketing junto con el responsable de leads qualification
- Procesos de cualificación del lead:

- Obtener información de diversas fuentes para tener el lead lo más cualificado posible.
- Gestión de llamadas para hacer pre-discoveries
- Colaboración con los **Sales Directors** en las siguientes tareas puntuales (bajo demanda) y como parte de la formación de la **_Escuela de Sales Directors_**:

- Procesos de gestión del lead:

- Gestión de first approaches.
- Gestión de follow-ups.
- Procesos de gestión del prospects en fase muy inicial:

- Gestión de discoveries.
- Gestión y generación de propuestas.
- Gestión de casos de pre-sales.
- Gestión de follow-ups.

**SALES CONSULTANTS - BACK2BASE (Customers)**
- Gestión de **Ventas**:

- Negociación con clientes.
- Generación de propuestas, contratos y/o anexos.
- Follow-ups.
- Gestión de **Campañas**:

- Campañas customizadas.
- Campañas genéricas.
- Realizar reports de seguimiento para los interesados clave.
- Follow-ups.
- Gestión de **Auditorías.**

**Requisitos**:
Experiência mínima de 1 año en un puesto de trabajo igual o similar.

Nível de inglés medio-alto (se hará prueba de inglés).

Conocimientos técnicos.

Experiência en el sector turístico.
