**Descripción del puesto**

Buscamos un Consultor de Soporte que proporcione un excelente servicio a los clientes y que mediante un trato personalizado garantice la resolución de incidencias, así como la satisfacción de los clientes, jugando un papel importante en las relaciones con los clientes del sector público.

Formarás parte del equipo de Buyers GovES, siendo además clave para la conexión entre el cliente y los equipos internos, en contacto y colaboración constante tanto con el equipo de Costumer Success Management y Gestión de Proyectos como con el equipo de Operaciones.

**Principales actividades a desempeñar**

Resolver las peticiones del cliente (dudas y errores funcionales, solicitudes de servicio) sin necesidad de escalarlas.
Proporcionar información al resto del personal y a los clientes sobre los problemas y hacer un seguimiento y puntos de situación de las incidencias más frecuentes que estén resueltas y/o en curso.
Identificar las necesidades de los clientes y ayudarles en la utilización de las funcionalidades de la plataforma, contribuyendo a una experiência de usuario óptima.
Realizar un seguimiento de las peticiones de los clientes para garantizar que se resuelven sus problemas técnicos.
Analizar e informar sobre el funcionamiento del sistema (por ejemplo, probando diferentes escenarios o simulando la experiência de los usuarios en la plataforma).
Evaluar y analizar las tendencias de los distintos casos e incidencias registradas en CRM para contribuir a la prevención de futuros casos de soporte.

**Requisitos obligatorios**

Grado Superior o Titulo Universitarios con distintas ramas de conocimiento Informática, Administración pública, Derecho, etc.
Experiência previa desarrollando funciones de soporte a usuarios.

**Requisitos valorables**

Conocimientos de lectura y/o análisis XML y Javascript.
Uso de herramienta de gestión de casos de soporte (JIRA, Easyvista ) o CRM (Dynamics 365 u otro)
Conocimiento básico del sector público y Ley de contratos.
