**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional service and support to staff and visitors;
- Reception, including entry, management and signing of documentation and correspondence;
- Manage office tasks such as supplies, travels and accommodation, managing agendas and fleet management;
- Manage health and safety related topics such as medical appointments, inspections, and others;
- Help in the organization of internal events;
- Check sede electrónica of Ayuntamientos, upload and prepare documents for tenders and make calls to clients;
**Education**

Ideally Bachelor in Social Studies, Management or related field;
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) mandatory
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory;
- A problem solver: able to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
- Be able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels;
- Responsibility & autonomy;
- Demonstrates common sense and sound decision-making abilities;
- Autonomous, proactive, creative and ambitious;
- **Experience**
- Previous experience as Receptionist, minimum 3 years.
- Experience in technological settings is valued
