**What do you do?**
- You are our go-to contact person for the further expansion of STAYERY in Spain
- You research, select and acquire new locations and secure projects through expressions of interest
- You actively expand and leverage your network of brokers, consultants, and project developers to further STAYERY's expansion
- You help position STAYERY as an attractive partner for real estate developers and investors

**You've got what it takes**
- You have a degree in real estate/business administration or a related field
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in real estate/ project development/ expansion
- You have a solid network in the real estate industry (hotel segment is desirable)
- You work independently and in a structured mannerYou speak Spanish at a native level and fluent English; German language skills are a plus
