Para la división de Neumología de Movaco Grifols, S.A., se requiere a un/a Regional Sales Manager, siendo su principal función la de coordinar, supervisar y formar al equipo de ventas del noreste, este y sur de España especializada en su división. Se trata de un equipo consolidado con una amplia experiência en el sector y en la compañía.

**Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades**
- Velarás por el cumplimiento de los objetivos en el Plan de Ventas, Estrategias y Objetivos, ofreciendo el soporte y ayuda necesaria a tu equipo.
- Implantarás y coordinarás la estrategia de Ventas y Marketing establecidas.
- Seleccionarás, formarás y desarrollarás el equipo.
- Participarás en la implementación de nuevos proyectos de apertura de nuevas líneas de negocio.

Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan realizar las tareas del puesto.
- Resides preferiblemente en Málaga, Sevilla y/o Alicante.
- Posees titulación especializada en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Tienes experiência en ventas en el sector salud, idealmente en el área hospitalaria.
- Estás acostumbrado/a a gestionar un equipo con distintas localizaciones geográficas.
- Eres una persona con iniciativa, que inspira confianza, comunicativa y que tiene capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
- Estás dispuesto/a a viajar un alto porcentaje de tu tiempo.
- Posees un nível B2 de inglés.
