**IT Business Partner Director, Region Europe**:

**About the role**
Novartis Spanish Data& Digital IT Team is looking for a Director for Region Europe for Commercial organization, based in Barcelona. This role is accountable for the governance, delivery and adoption of IT solutions across Region Europe within Commercial area.
This role contributes to creating, evolving, and driving the organization's strategy, aligning objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maximizing the value and utilization of Commercial product line across countries under scope.
- Strategic business partner to proactively shape change portfolio and technology roadmap (3-5y horizon).
- Partner with Business to drive Business transformation Programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of global initiatives in countries under scope.
- Represent the business and customer strategy within the IT organization to recommend and provide input into Platform and Product investments and roadmaps.
- Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products.
- Develop knowledge above silos across business functions and ensure business accountabilities are executed.
- Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other IT functions.
- Improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT for the business.
- Ensure our journey to Data & Digital supports Business objectives in a fast, simple, efficient way.

**Role Requirements**
- Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical or large consumer industry.
- Experience in managing large / international teams.
- Experience managing IT projects in international scale and different technologies. Multinational global experience
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with regional stakeholders and influencing skills.
- Track record delivering global solutions at scale.
- Strong relationship management, supported by previous experience working with senior management.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce, Content Management, Digital Content Management solutions
