**User Support Tier1**
- Manage support and incidences.
- Investigate possible incidences to typify them.
- Follow up incidences with technical team.
- Upload files.
- Amend/Update records.
- Proactively propose improvement/enhancement to the tool to avoid problems or reduce the amount of time for manual processes.
- Participate with Functional team to understand the tool and the business in order to support Front Office users in their day to day.
- Create Reports and Dashboard supporting business.
- CIB business knowledge.
- Salesforce knowledge (user or admin).
**Location**
Remote Spain preferred Ma laga - Madrid
**Language**
Fluent in English.
