We are looking for Technical Support for Telematic software and hardware.
Required skills
- Fluent in Danish (level C2)
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer user (MS Office, Adobe, Data Bases, and CRM)
- Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently
**Nice to haves**:
- Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, and a server and what is their purpose
- Understand mobile networks and an internet connection, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity
- Usage of MS Office
**Day to day**:
- Account Registration through the portal
- Multi-Media Interface usage guidance, and troubleshooting
- The vehicle does not connect to the back end
- Remote Services Issues via the App (lock/unlock - climatization - charging schedule etc.)
- PIN issue - Reset PIN - locked account - Main and Secondary Users
- Infotainment Services - Navigation - Preferred Destinations - Traffic Information
- License Information - Expiry - Services included - Renewal Procedure
- Map Updates
- Charging Stations - Home Charging - Charging Issues
