The position is a key member of Global Market Access and Pricing team. It plays an active role in shaping the commercial strategy and ensuring that products are priced optimally with wide accessibility across Europe, US and International markets.
- Manage any interaction with partners, external vendors and all work streams involving key markets.
- Contribution to Demand Plans, Budget and Forecasting exercises.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure implementation of the New Global Pricing System for global price approvals, through cross-functional collaboration with IT team, finance, and other key internal stakeholders
- Management of day-to-day operational pricing activities. Manage updates on price changes and analysis
- Update of current Price Corridor of products on the market to guide affiliates and 5YFC exercise
- Provided strategic pricing recommendations to inform business development opportunities
- Support on updating pricing maps and reports to internal committees
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations on initiatives to optimise price and reimbursement across markets to maximise long term profitability
- Advises brand teams in pricing strategy, support the definition of the Price Corridors, including Reference Price analysis and Launch Sequence Optimisation
- Support Almirall affiliates and partners in pricing negotiations. Ability to strengthen countries in challenging payers’ offers
- Develop innovative contracting schemes and account negotiation approach
- Development of the Global Pricing Policies. Implementation of new processes and standardization. Secure timely approval of launch prices and price changes within the internal governance and systems
- Development of Tenders and Contracting Governance through understanding competitive tenders, market dynamic, procurement mapping, strategic recommendations, and tactics
- Lead the implementation of the Global Pricing Excellence framework within the organization
- Subject matter expert on Pricing, knowledge dissemination through internal trainings and presentations. Strengthening the pricing team capabilities, optimally support global and local pricing strategy development
- Awareness of the competitive landscape and market dynamics. Understanding of international reference pricing. Knowledge of regulations (current and forthcoming). Familiar with different pricing methodologies
- Guide the development of a Competitive Intelligence Dashboard to consolidate all P&R data and provide valuable recommendations for the management team
- Develop a systematic process for Parallel Import notifications and Supply Imbalance impact and reporting.

**Education**:
University Degree in Life sciences, Engineering, Finance or Business.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Life Science (consulting or pharma)
- Prior experience in Pricing
- Knowledge of health economic modelling, forecasting and financial exercises
- Master’s degree in health economics or MBA is a plus.
