Responsible for identifying potential clients and developing partnerships with them.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics that meet the organization's business objectives taking into account the ever changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Design and implement the necessary processes and methodologies to operate the business efficiently.
- Coordinate and interact with other organization departments to ensure correct business operation.
- Operate and manage a team of 2-10 people internationally.
- Report directly to the Holding Group Management.
- Monitor competitor activity in the market to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Interact with potential clients to understand their needs and help them find solutions to their problems.

Minimum 4-year experience in the digital marketing leads generation area|Fluent English both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, International Relations, Advertising, International Business, Communications) preferred but not required;
- Minimum 4-year experience in the digital marketing leads generation area.
- Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different types of stakeholders.
- Problem solving skills: ability to think creatively and use professional judgment.
- Verifiable execution track record.
- Speak and write fluently in Spanish and in English (or minimum C1).
