**Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It**

As part of the Real estate Design & Build experience, you will report directly to the Hotel Pre opening Manager. As a Hotel Opening Coordinator, you play a vital role in the success of the delivery of new hotels to the operational teams. you will act as the intermediary between internal and external stakeholders, and you will be responsible together with the Pre-opening Manager to manage project progress and ensure successful and smooth deliveries of our buildings making use of all the tools, processes and procedures provided. You will be involved from eight to six months before the hotel opening and until 3 months after the soft opening. In this way you have the opportunity to coordinate the months prior to preopening & soft opening phases of a hotel.

**What You'll Do**:

- Purchasing & Budget control: Place orders, keep track of purchasing data and suppliers, maintain budget in line with pre-established costs.
- FF&E and OS&E fitting and moving in plans: Coordinate deliveries, installation and supervise the fitting and cleaning of all operational areas & supplies.
- Test systems and hardware confirm IT set up (BMS, CCTV, AV, Access control, Lighting DALI, Kiosks).
- Organize building system training for new team members according to staff onboarding plan.
- Quality Control: You review the quality, organize functionality tests, create snaggings list and follow up till the required quality had been achieved.
- Ensure the correct delivery of all the different products, FF&E & OS&E according to TSH toolkits.
- Department Administrative tasks support: Prioritize and schedule to do's, meetings and administer all new support requests and assist in timely manner for resolution.
- In liaison with procurement, works with third party support organizations (all external suppliers on support) on research of new suppliers to enhance purchasing capacity within TSH.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in hotels -mid management level.
- Bachelor's degree level (Hotel Management
- Business Economics
- engineering).
- Project management and budget cost controlling experience.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to deal with constraint timelines and high-quality standards.
- Fluent (written and oral) in English and Italian or Spanish, French is a plus.
- Availability to travel and to support on site (on project location) as per project requirements.
- International experience in hotel operations is a plus.
- You are proactive, a born problem solver, someone who loves the detail and cannot get enough of thinking outside the box.
- You enjoy working in harmony with a very diverse team of stakeholders and, can take on happily planning, reporting and scheduling tasks.
- You see and hear everything, and look out to be constantly informed on performance and changes, and always give your 100% to get the job done.
