Como Back Office & Travel Coordinator, darás soporte a los departamentos de Travel & Events y de Back Office de Rituals Ibérica.

TU ROL
- Gestión y desarrollo de eventos locales e internacionales, gestionando traslados, coordinando eventos internos, y colaborando con el equipo global y con otros partners.
- Supervisión de la plataforma de viajes (Egencia) y gestión de la Tarjeta Virtual, dando soporte en la negociación de acuerdos comerciales con hoteles, actualización de imágenes corporativas y revisión de nuestra Travel Policy.
- Gestión de pedidos, envíos y suministro tanto para nuestras oficinas, como para nuestras tiendas Rituals, dándoles soporte tanto a nivel de material, como en el seguimiento de facturas, tasas y otros gastos relacionados.
- Coordinación y gestión con nuestra central en Holanda para el suministro de dispositivos, redes y otros servicios adicionales.
Requisitos
TU PERFIL
- Estudios relacionados con Administración y Finanzas.
- Experiencia de 3-4 años en un rol de apoyo administrativo / coordinación de eventos. Se valora la experiencia en el sector retail.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel y Power Point.
- Se valorarán conocimientos de los siguientes programas: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere y Adobe Illustrator.
- Eres una persona dinámica, proactiva, con capacidad de resolución de problemas y excelentes habilidades comunicativas. Además, te apasionan los productos de la industria del bienestar, cuidado de la piel y belleza.
- Cuentas con excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés.
- Tienes habilidades organizativas y de gestión, siendo capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo. Te desenvuelves con flexibilidad ante las prioridades y sientes comodidad en un entorno dinámico.
