Technical inspection Coordinator

Supervision of QCS (Inspection and Activation) activities of Purchase Orders or the assigned project. Coordination of Inspection and Activation Visits. Control of expenses associated with visits. Selection of the Activators and Inspectors who will visit the different suppliers. Quality control and distribution of Inspection and Activation Reports. Issuance and distribution of weekly Activation Reports, monitoring of visits and costs, highlighting to the Project any deviation in quality and / or delivery time of any of the Project Items. Review of Suppliers' Quality Documents, such as Inspection Point Plan, Welding Books, Material Certificates, Non-Destructive Testing/Testing Procedures and Records, Final Manufacturing Books, etc. Issuance of Shipping Authorizations

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Technical or Higher Engineer in Industrial, Mechanical, Naval or equivalent. Welding Training Quality Audit Training (ISO 9001 and/or 17020/17025) Training in Non-Destructive Testing

WORK EXPERIENCE

2 Years of experience in the Oil and Gas / Chemical sector Manufacturing sector of mechanical equipment, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, valves, electrical cables, instrumentation, etc

SOFTWARE

MS Office, SAP, MS Project or similar.

LANGUAGES

Spanish and English HIGH (Interview in English) Desirable: French, Italian

KEY-RESPONSABILITIES

Technical competences:
High knowledge and experience in activation of static mechanical equipment, rotary, valves, piping material, electricity and instrumentation, both at workshop level and from the office. Experience in personnel management and suppliers at a distance, through computer tools, calls, etc. Experience in inspection and quality control of suppliers of goods and services. Experience coordinating Inspectors and workshop activators as well as identifying possible delays or points of improvement in the progress of material orders. Knowledge in cost management. Knowledge in warehouse control Knowledge as a start-up QA/QC inspector.

**Salary**: 10.00€ - 70.00€ per hour
