Importante empresa multinacional têxtil, desea incorporar a su organización
**CUSTOMER SERVICE (Clientes Portugal)**
Será la persona responsable de atender y gestionar las cuestiones relacionadas con los clientes de Portugal.
Gestionará las incidencias, coordinará los pedidos recibidos en función del almacén y el transporte. Realizará seguimiento de los procesos post-venta (gestión devoluciones, reservas,...) y disponibilidad de los stocks.
Asesorará a los clientes en materia de la gestión a través de la página web en relación al trámite y estado de los pedidos. También se ocupará de la actividad de la logística inversa, de los abonos, de las facturaciones especiales.
**_ Se requiere:_**
- Experiência en back office comercial
- Experiência en sector con productos de elevada rotación y donde el periodo de entrega al cliente sea un factor crítico.
- Es necesario un elevado conocimiento práctico del Office, CRM,,,.
- Se valorará experiência en sectores B2B, así como en sector têxtil, moda o similar.
- Imprescindible: Portugués y Castellano. Se valorará el catalán.
